About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, learning all aspects of unloading and loading within a warehouse facility. This is a direct hire position where you will work alone or in teams under the supervision of site leadership to maintain a safe and productive environment that exceeds customer expectations.
Your day will involve palletizing cases, wrapping them with Pallet Wrappers, and moving pallets using equipment like EPJs, pallet jacks, or forklifts. You will handle freight as directed, ensuring company standards and customer timelines are met. Success in this role requires a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic who can make independent decisions to accomplish tasks, lift and carry up to 75 pounds repeatedly, and communicate effectively with drivers and site leadership.
