This role operates under TISAX confidentiality level [Level 2], requiring appropriate handling of sensitive information. You will lead paint development activities to achieve required quality levels and OEM specifications while coordinating cross-functional teams including plant production, paint setting, laboratory, suppliers, and customers. Your work will ensure paint process stability for both product and process, including quality, repeatability, and consistency. You will also manage technical relationships with raw material suppliers, validate new paint products, and drive jigs development from CAD design through on-site validation.
Work Location: This position is based in Chattanooga, TN, with a permanent transfer to Toledo, OH scheduled for January 2027.
