How It Works
As an Amazon Flex delivery partner, you are self-employed with no contract. You select the delivery blocks that work for you, knowing exactly when you will deliver, how long the block lasts, and how much you can earn before you begin. Most drivers earn between $17.50 and $31.50 per hour, though actual earnings depend on location, tips, and delivery speed.
To help your earnings go further, Amazon Flex Rewards provides access to perks such as cash back and exclusive savings on essential items like tires, fuel, auto services, and slip-resistant shoes. The program also offers tools to assist with navigating insurance, expenses, and taxes.
