About the Role
We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to join our team in New Jersey. In this role, you will provide direct care to adult patients managing type 1 and type 2 diabetes, as well as weight management needs. Your responsibilities will encompass medical management and patient education, with a specific focus on the use of insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors, and related diabetes technology.
You will work as an integral part of a collaborative team, operating under the direct supervision of top endocrinologists. The position offers a flexible work model that includes both telehealth and in-person interactions to best serve our patients.
