About the Role
We operate on the principle that we don't earn if the wheels aren't turning. As an Owner Operator, you will haul Hazmat tankers, Dry Vans, and Refrigerated units on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes, including dedicated, line haul, and LTL freight. You will not be responsible for loading or unloading cargo.
We offer a supportive environment with one dispatcher assigned for every four trucks, ensuring 24-hour dispatch availability. There is no forced dispatch, allowing you the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose, with an expectation of 3–7 days out and a minimum of two weekends home per month.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers receive 88% of the gross load revenue, with an average weekly gross pay ranging from $5,000 to $12,000. Additional incentives include a Safety Bonus Program, paid detention time, and a fuel card with significant discounts. We provide IFTA and permits, direct deposit, and Bobtail physical damage insurance.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation program where accommodation is covered and drivers are provided their own rooms. While meals are not included, travel expenses are covered. Before your first run, you will receive a comprehensive safety orientation.
