Our fleet features new 2022 Volvo equipment, including APU, inverters, and refrigerators.
We operate on the principle that we don't earn if the wheels aren't turning. As an Owner Operator, you will haul Hazmat tankers, Dry Vans, and Refrigerated units on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes, covering an average of 500 to 3,500 miles per week. You will handle Dedicated, Line Haul, and LTL loads without the need for driver load or unload duties.
We offer a supportive environment with one dispatcher assigned for every four trucks, ensuring 24-hour dispatch availability. There is no forced dispatch, allowing you the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose, with an expectation of 3 to 7 days out and a minimum of two weekends home per month. A lease purchase program is available for those interested.
We provide a comprehensive safety orientation before your first run, which is paid and includes covered accommodation. Drivers are assigned their own rooms during orientation, and travel expenses are covered, though meals are not included.
To apply, you must hold a valid Class A CDL license with a Hazardous Materials endorsement at the time of hire. Your license must not have restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, or Intrastate Only operations. Additionally, you must be at least 23 years old, possess at least two years of OTR experience, and be able to read and speak English. A smartphone is also required.
