About the Role
We operate on the principle that we don't earn if the wheels aren't turning. As an Owner Operator, you will haul Hazmat tankers, Dry Vans, and Refrigerated units on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes, including dedicated, line haul, and LTL assignments. You will not be responsible for loading or unloading cargo.
You will enjoy a supportive partnership with a dedicated dispatcher ratio of one dispatcher for every four trucks, ensuring 24-hour dispatch availability. We offer a lease purchase program and provide a fuel card with significant discounts. Our compensation model returns 88% of the gross load value to you, with weekly payments averaging between $5,000 and $12,000 gross. Additional incentives include a safety bonus program, paid detention time, and direct deposit.
Day in the Life
You will receive a comprehensive safety orientation before your first run, with paid orientation, covered accommodation (private rooms), and travel expenses. While meals are not included, the focus is on getting you safely on the road. You can expect to run 500 to 3,500 miles per week with home time of 3 to 7 days, allowing you to be home at least two weekends per month. You have the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must be at least 23 years old with a valid Class A CDL license (without restrictions L, Z, G, or K) and a Hazardous Materials endorsement. You are required to have two years of OTR experience, the ability to read and speak English, and own a smartphone.
