About the Role

We operate on the principle that we don't earn if the wheels aren't turning. As an Owner Operator, you will haul Hazmat tankers, Dry Vans, and Refrigerated trailers on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes, covering an average of 500 to 3,500 miles per week. This role offers a dedicated, line-haul, and LTL experience with no driver load or unload duties.

You will enjoy a supportive dispatch environment with one dispatcher assigned for every four trucks, ensuring 24-hour availability and no forced dispatch. Drivers receive a comprehensive safety orientation before their first run, including Bobtail physical damage insurance. We offer a lease purchase program for those interested in ownership.

Compensation & Benefits

Drivers retain 88% of the gross load revenue. Weekly gross averages range from $5,000 to $12,000, paid weekly. Additional incentives include a Safety Bonus Program, paid detention time, and a fuel card with significant discounts. We provide IFTA and permits, and direct deposit is available.

Home Time

Our schedule is designed to keep you connected to family while maximizing earnings. You can expect to be out for 3 to 7 days at a time, though you are free to stay out longer if you choose. The expectation is to be home for at least two weekends per month.

Hiring & Orientation

To join our team, you must be at least 23 years old with a valid Class A CDL license (without restrictions L, Z, G, or K) and a Hazardous Materials endorsement at the time of hire. You must have at least two years of OTR experience and be able to read and speak English. A smartphone is required for this role.

We offer a paid orientation where accommodation is covered, and drivers are provided with their own room. While meals are not included, we cover some or all travel expenses. We are an equal opportunity employer.
