About the Role
We operate on a simple principle: "We ain't earnin' if the wheels ain't turnin'." As an Owner Operator, you will drive Hazmat tankers, Dry Vans, and Refrigerated units on Over-The-Road (OTR) dedicated, line haul, and LTL routes. You will handle 500 to 3,500 average miles per week with no driver load or unload duties.
You will receive comprehensive safety orientation before your first run, ensuring you are fully prepared for the road. We offer a supportive environment with one dispatcher assigned for every four trucks, providing 24-hour dispatch availability. There is no forced dispatch, allowing you the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose, though you can expect to be home at least two weekends per month.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation to get you started. Accommodation is covered during this period, and drivers are provided with their own rooms. While meals are not included, we cover some or all travel expenses. A lease purchase program is also available for qualified candidates.
