About the Company
We serve the Supply Chain Logistics Department, connecting carriers with major shippers including Amazon, UPS, USPS, FedEx, USA Trucks, and EASE Logs across the United States. Our operation focuses heavily on efficiency, with 80% of our loads being Hook & Drop, ensuring drivers spend more time on the road and less time waiting.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL drivers for both Team and Solo positions to handle Owner Operator, Live Haul, Tanker, Intermodal, Dry Van, Refrigerated, and Flatbed loads. This is an Over-The-Road (OTR) position designed for dedicated line-haul operations. Drivers can expect an average of 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week with a gross weekly average pay ranging from $8,000 to $14,000.
The role is structured to maximize driver time on the road. There is no requirement for driver load/unload duties or tarping. While the standard schedule expects 14 to 28 days out, drivers have the flexibility to stay out longer if they choose. The schedule guarantees time at home for at least two weekends per month.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers receive a comprehensive support package including a $500 sign-on bonus, paid fuel surcharges, and access to optional fuel cards. We offer a free base plate program and provide weekly gross pay. Additional weekly stipends are included for retention ($10% of gross), cargo insurance ($425), IFTA ($35), and ELD 24/7 monitoring ($60).
Hiring Requirements
To join our team, candidates must hold a valid Class A license and possess at least 3 months of OTR experience. There is no maximum age limit for the truck equipment.
