About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation. As a partner within our network, you will have access to a robust agent base of 300+ freight agents nationwide, ensuring consistent freight opportunities tailored to your preferences, whether regional, OTR, or dedicated.

In this position, you will leverage our advanced technology tools for load management and documentation while maintaining regular communication with UACL agents for dispatch needs. The role emphasizes operational efficiency, requiring you to plan routes that minimize empty miles and maximize fuel efficiency. You will represent UACL with professionalism at pickup and delivery locations, building strong working relationships with customers, agents, and operations staff.
