About the Role
Stocking associates are the backbone of our backroom operations, focused on unloading trucks and ensuring new freight is ready for the sales floor. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment where physical activity and teamwork are essential. The majority of your time will be spent in the backroom, managing inventory flow and maintaining organization.
Success in this position requires the ability to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds. Depending on facility needs, you may also be required to operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts, to move freight efficiently. This is a full-time opportunity located at Walmart Supercenter #5802 in Canovanas, PR, offering a competitive hourly wage and performance-based incentives.
