About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in helping homeowners secure the best-in-class roofing systems. This role is designed for individuals seeking a proven sales process and unlimited earning potential. You will focus on closing deals through pre-qualified, one-call-close appointments, allowing you to control your income while building a career.

Your day will involve attending pre-confirmed appointments between 1 pm and 7:30 pm. You will conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos, utilizing innovative software for precise measurements. A key part of the role involves assessing damage through ladder or attic inspections, ensuring safety by avoiding the need to climb onto roofs. You will negotiate and close deals tailored to meet the specific needs of each homeowner.

Hiring Process

Erie Home provides full training to ensure your success, so no prior sales or construction experience is required. To apply, candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation with auto insurance, and the ability to travel to in-home appointments. Availability for midday, evening, and weekend shifts is required.
