About the Role

This position is designed to be the start of a new sales career rather than just another job. As an Outside Sales Representative in Birmingham, Alabama, you will drive new business growth within an assigned territory by selling essential, recession-resistant services. The role involves representing a trusted brand with high customer retention while building long-term relationships with business clients.

You will thrive on prospecting, closing complex contracts, and conducting on-site assessments for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs. The day-to-day involves developing tailored proposals, closing multi-year service agreements, and collaborating with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding. This is a high-performing B2B role where you will have the opportunity to advance into sales management or National Accounts.
