About the Role

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our outside sales team. In this position, you will work within an assigned territory, engaging directly with prospective customers on-site. You will conduct in-home sales presentations to educate customers and develop customized security and automated alarm systems tailored to their specific needs.

This role is designed for a self-motivated individual who thrives working independently with minimal supervision. You will represent Safe Haven Security with professionalism and integrity, leveraging sales tools to drive productivity and an efficient sales process. As a key member of our team, you will be part of an organization that invests in its employees through comprehensive training programs, ongoing support, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Compensation and Culture

This is a fully commissioned role with uncapped earning potential, offering weekly pay. Top performers can earn between $70,000 and $125,000 annually, with an average payout of $426 per package and approximately 9 installs per month. Additional sales bonuses range from $750 to $2,000 per month. Beyond compensation, we offer monthly bonuses, incentives, paid vacations, Paid Time Off (PTO), paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and Life Insurance.
