About the Role
The Registered Nurse serves as a pivotal leader in managing and directing medical clinics across multiple office locations. This role is designed to bridge clinical care with administrative oversight, ensuring seamless operations for our clients. You will act as a key liaison between patients, physicians, and the broader care team, fostering an environment where comprehensive mental health and substance abuse support is delivered with professionalism and care.
In this position, you will manage the day-to-day flow of medication clinics, conduct intakes, and provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, family, and marital therapy, tailored to your level of training. Your day will involve monitoring client progress, counseling patients on medication adherence, and collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other staff members to address complex clinical cases. Additionally, you will play an active role in staff development by conducting in-service training sessions and participating in educational activities, while maintaining rigorous standards for record-keeping and reporting.
