About the Role
As a Company Driver (W2, Solo) operating a Dry Van, you will be responsible for managing line haul and LTL routes. This role involves 50% driver load and unload duties. You can expect to average 2,000 to 2,500 miles per week, with compensation structured as mileage plus stop money.
Home Time
Our schedule is designed to balance time on the road with time at home. Drivers can expect to be out for 14 to 21 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. The policy ensures you receive two days of home time for every 14 days worked, guaranteeing you are home at least one weekend per month.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation to help you get started. During this period, we cover accommodation with drivers receiving their own room, include lunch, and cover some or all travel expenses.
