About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators to run Over-The-Road (OTR) routes on Step Deck and Refrigerated equipment. This role is designed for drivers who value independence and consistent earnings, offering an average of 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week. Drivers can expect a gross total weekly average pay between $6,000 and $10,000, paid weekly.
As an Owner Operator with us, you will not be responsible for driver load or unload duties, though tarping responsibilities account for approximately 25% of the job. The schedule is flexible; while the expectation is to be out for 5 to 14 days at a time, you are free to stay out longer if you prefer. The company ensures you are home for at least two weekends per month.
Hiring Process
Candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions such as No Manual, Air Brakes, Night Driving, No Semi Trailer, or Intrastate Only. Additionally, applicants must have at least 3 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
Selected candidates will attend an orientation program. Please note that orientation is not paid, and travel expenses are not covered. However, accommodation is provided during this period, with drivers assigned their own rooms. Meals are not included in the orientation package.
