About the Role
We are seeking a Contract Driver (1099, Solo) to join our team for Over-The-Road (OTR) line haul operations in a Dry Van. This role is designed for drivers who value consistent mileage and fair compensation. You will be responsible for transporting goods across the country, with all miles paid and no driver load or unload duties required.
Our compensation package offers a rate of $0.65 - $0.75 per mile, with an average gross weekly pay ranging from $1,800 to $2,500. Drivers can expect to average between 2,800 and 3,500 miles per week. We offer a balanced home time schedule, with drivers expected to be out for 10 to 14 days at a time. However, flexibility is key; you can stay out longer if you choose. Our policy ensures you receive 3 days of home time for every 14 days worked, guaranteeing you are home for at least two weekends per month.
Hiring Process & Orientation
To join our team, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, Semi Trailers, or Intrastate Only operations, along with at least 2 years of Tractor Trailer experience. We are an equal opportunity employer.
Successful candidates will attend an orientation where accommodation is fully covered. Drivers are assigned their own rooms, and both lunch and breakfast are included. The company also covers some or all travel expenses. Please note that the orientation itself is not paid.
