The position is designed for financial stability and practical efficiency. Crete Carrier pays on practical miles, which typically results in 3-5% more miles annually compared to short route miles. The company is committed to providing industry-leading compensation, with a recent $0.03 per mile raise for the OTR fleet and increased pay across all dedicated and regional fleets.
