About the Role
As a Contract Driver, you will operate a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) line haul routes. This role is designed for solo drivers who value autonomy and consistency. You will be responsible for transporting freight without the need for loading or unloading, allowing you to focus on the drive itself. With an average of 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week, you can expect to be home every weekend, enjoying 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked. While 5 days out is the standard expectation, you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a streamlined hiring process that includes a paid orientation to ensure you are set up for success. Accommodation is fully covered during this period, and you will be provided with your own room. While meals are not included, we cover some or all travel expenses to get you to the orientation location. The orientation program is conducted partly or entirely online to accommodate your schedule.
