The Southern Region ENT practice covers the greater Portland region, including the Maine Medical Center Portland and Biddeford campuses, and currently consists of 10 surgeons and 11 advanced practice professionals.

Maine Medical Center stands as the premier tertiary hospital in the state, encountering the full spectrum of Otolaryngology diagnoses and acuity. The team operates on a collaborative, team-based care model, supported by two Advanced Practice Professionals covering weekdays.

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time comprehensive Otolaryngologist to join the Ear, Nose and Throat Care division as an inpatient ENT Hospitalist. The successful candidate will be based at Maine Medical Center and is expected to possess a full level of competency across all Otolaryngologic disciplines. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice in a beautiful, culturally rich area while being affiliated with a health system featuring award-winning programs, nationally recognized physicians, and world-class technology.

In this position, you will engage in a 4-day work week and have the opportunity to teach and mentor surgical residents and medical students through the MMC-Tufts University Medical School Program. The role includes an academic appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine.
