An established, reputable physician-owned practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to develop and grow a new ENT service line in Central New York. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a thriving practice with the support of an existing multispecialty group and on-site audiology services. The position includes full-time employment with significant growth potential to expand ENT services as the practice evolves. Once established, the physician will have the option to add Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support to further enhance the team.
As a key member of this well-respected group, you will lead the development of a new service line while benefiting from a collaborative environment. The practice provides robust support infrastructure, including an existing audiologist and hearing aid dispenser on-site. To ensure work-life balance and manageable on-call duties, the position features a shared call arrangement with a local ENT provider, adhering to bylaws that limit call frequency to no more than 1:4 per hospital.
