About the Role

The Outside Plant (OSP) Engineer is a pivotal role designed to drive engineering efficiency, process automation, and design standardization across our fiber projects. This position blends hands-on fiber engineering expertise with a strategic focus on systems optimization and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with internal engineering teams and external partners to optimize how fiber networks are designed, documented, and delivered.

In this role, you will not only design resilient routing solutions for services like Dark Fiber, Ethernet, and FTTx but also lead initiatives to standardize workflows and improve data accuracy. You will serve as a primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring that design data aligns seamlessly with construction execution. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to complex problem-solving efforts that shape our strategic engineering direction.
