About the Role
As an Orthodontist with Benevis Dental, you will provide comprehensive orthodontic diagnosis and treatment to children, adolescents, and adults, helping patients achieve functional, healthy, and esthetic smiles in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Working within our supported practices, you will manage all phases of orthodontic care, from early interceptive treatment and space management to comprehensive treatment using fixed appliances, clear aligners, and other contemporary modalities.
Your day will involve performing detailed clinical and radiographic examinations, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress to ensure high-quality, evidence-based outcomes. You will play a key role in case presentation and treatment acceptance, communicating clearly with patients and parents to explain diagnoses and options in a supportive manner. Beyond clinical duties, you will collaborate closely with general dentists, pediatric dentists, and hygienists to coordinate care, while providing chairside guidance to team members to maintain efficient patient flow and an outstanding standard of service.

Requirements
- verifiedDDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- verifiedCompleted CODA-accredited orthodontics residency program
- verifiedActive, unrestricted state dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- verifiedBoard certification or board eligibility in Orthodontics (ABO preferred)
- verifiedCurrent CPR/BLS certification
- verifiedDEA registration as required by state regulations
