About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Order Management / Implementation Coordinator to support telecom order lifecycle operations for a high-visibility USPS account. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of complex service transitions, acting as the central hub for managing end-to-end order flow from initiation to completion.
In this position, you will drive the resolution of bottlenecks and errors across cross-functional teams, including engineering, provisioning, and operations. Your work will directly support USPS migration activities, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal disruption to service.
