At our practice, we believe that the optometrist is the hero of primary eye care, enabling and safeguarding their patient's ability to experience their best vision. For many people, an optometrist is the first point of contact into the healthcare system. Since the eyes can offer a window into overall health, this first touchpoint is critical for patients getting the care they need for serious conditions. We don't take that responsibility lightly, which is why we empower our optometrists to provide the highest quality of care.

About the Role

Primary care at our practice goes far beyond prescribing contacts and eyeglasses. Our optometrists report seeing a high amount of anterior and posterior segment pathology in their practices. You will manage ocular disease to your comfort level, including treating corneal ulcers, uveitis, and red eye, as well as diagnosing diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, macular disease, retinal holes, and retinal detachments. You will also handle tasks such as the removal of foreign bodies.

We now offer flexible work schedule packages that empower you to choose the schedule that works best for you, including weekend flexibility and specific days off options. Our practice also features new office hours several days per week, giving you more free time in the evenings. Additionally, on select Saturdays, we offer a base rate of one thousand dollars per day.
