This position serves as a vital link within our Clinical Services team, ensuring the seamless execution of soft releases and project testing. You will operate in a dynamic environment where you are responsible for overseeing systems, managing software issue logs, and coordinating referrals for contract work. The role demands a high degree of initiative and judgment as you monitor multiple work queues daily, identifying and resolving data errors to ensure cases move efficiently through every process stage.
Beyond technical oversight, you will act as a bridge between internal teams and external customers. Your day will involve communicating effectively to drive meeting outcomes, providing high-level customer support, and ensuring that all service level standards are met. You will also play a key role in continuous process improvement, verifying that workflows support customer needs and that staff members are appropriately trained and up-to-date on all programs.
In this role, maintaining the highest standards of integrity is paramount. You will perform all duties in strict compliance with Person First standards, HIPAA guidelines, and company confidentiality policies. Whether managing computer data entry or assigning tasks to staff, you will ensure that every action adheres to established compliance standards and timelines.
