We are seeking a proven leader to join our team of logistics professionals and provide direction at one of our warehousing operations. As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead staff to ensure customer requirements are achieved while meeting Penske's goals and objectives. This role is designed for someone with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and lead change.
In this position, you will provide operational leadership to individual contributors and the hourly workforce, ensuring the execution of daily tasks including loading/unloading of trailers, cross-docking, and customer service operations. You will supervise processes directly, including workforce and equipment scheduling, and serve as a key point of contact for hiring and customer meetings. The role is bonus-eligible based on both individual performance and location performance.
