About the Role

As the Operations Manager for Uline's Washington branch, you will drive the delivery of excellence by leading and influencing a high-performing team. This position is pivotal in overseeing the operations of the 1-million-square-foot distribution center, which encompasses the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT, and Facilities departments. Your mission is to ensure that the branch consistently exceeds company standards and delivers impeccable customer service.

In this hands-on senior management role, you will supervise branch departments, support the recruitment and retention of top-tier talent, and assist with employee relations. You will be expected to drive accountability through performance feedback and manage the day-to-day functions of a rapidly growing branch located at 3131 Hogum Bay Road NE, Lacey, WA.
