Managing a growing and dynamic business operation in a competitive defense ecosystem requires a versatile leader who can adapt to the situation at hand. As an Operations Lead at Infinity Labs, you will be a doer, not a sit-and-relaxer. This role is designed for those seeking a challenge where they can expand their abilities across one of the most diverse and complex environments in defense. You will operate and grow a regional business unit, managing a high-caliber team of technical performers while fostering external relationships to maintain and expand partnerships with industry and government organizations.
Your day will involve engaging stakeholders, acquiring new customers, and fueling the sales pipeline while simultaneously executing and supporting your team and government mission partners. You will manage a portfolio of projects and contracts, building execution teams to meet customer needs. While you may contribute technical work to build initial relationships and trust, your primary goal is to uplift and empower other team members to champion these projects. You will also support the capture of new opportunities, including customer discovery, teaming discussions, and proposal writing, as well as the interviews, hiring, and management of personnel within your portfolio.
This is not a standard 9-to-5 position. It is a role for those ready to embrace personal prosperity, market domination, and glory in a fast-paced environment.
