As a Federal Program Manager, you will lead delivery and performance across key federal programs, serving as the primary point of contact for all program-level communication, deliverables, and performance reporting. This role is critical to maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring contract compliance, and driving organizational growth.
You will oversee the operational, technical, and administrative aspects of assigned task orders and contracts, ensuring strict alignment with agency mission objectives and DTC's standards of excellence. Your day-to-day involves managing program scope, budget, and resources while driving the adoption of Agile, DevSecOps, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. You will facilitate meetings to review metrics and risks, coordinate with associate contractors in multi-vendor environments, and lead a high-performing team of engineers, analysts, and project managers through mentorship and coaching.
This position is based in the DC Metro Area. The role requires periodic onsite client visits and occasional visits to our headquarters in Tampa. Candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Familiarity with CIO-SP3, GSA MAS, 8(a) STARS III, or similar federal vehicles. ITIL v4 and/or Agile (SAFe, Scrum) certifications. Experience managing federal technical programs with the Department of State.
