About the Role
This position is designed for a passionate Operating Room RN ready to jump-start their career within our float pool. You will serve as a vital link in the surgical team, contributing your expertise in both circulating and scrub roles. Your day will involve overseeing instrument and equipment setup, anticipating surgeon needs, and facilitating efficient transitions between procedures. You will coordinate room activities, manage patient care and medications (including anesthesia assistance), and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. By utilizing proper body mechanics and adhering to strict protocols, you will help maintain a safe environment for our patients.
