About the Role

This position offers an opportunity to jump-start your career as an Operating Room RN within our ambulatory surgery center. You will be an integral part of a team that values expertise in both circulating and scrub roles, ensuring safe and effective nursing care from the start of the procedure until the patient is transferred to recovery.

In this role, you will oversee instrument and equipment setup, utilizing preference cards to anticipate surgeon needs. You will coordinate room activities during cases, facilitate efficient transitions between surgical procedures, and manage patient care and medication, including assistance with anesthesia. Your focus will be on maintaining documentation protocols and utilizing proper body mechanics to ensure patient and staff safety.
