About the Role
As an Open Enrollment Specialist, you will work directly with self-employed individuals, small business owners, and individuals across the Americas. Your primary mission is to help clients access a suite of affordable benefits and business services. As economic conditions shift, the demand for viable alternatives to current benefit programs has never been greater.
In this role, you will advise clients on a portfolio of solutions that best fits their individual needs and budget, delivering everything in one seamless package. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing planning and guidance that can impact and protect families for generations. The work is characterized by fast, fair, and caring service, where the ultimate reward is seeing the tangible difference your support makes in customers' lives.
