About the Role
As an Open Enrollment Specialist, you will work directly with self-employed individuals, small business owners, and individuals across the Americas. You will help clients access a suite of affordable benefits and business services, serving as a trusted advisor during a time when demand for viable alternatives to current benefit programs has never been greater.
Your role is to advise clients on a portfolio of solutions that best fit their individual needs and budgets, delivering service that is fast, fair, and caring. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, impacting and protecting families for generations. Success in this role depends on your ability to serve clients effectively, supported by a super-responsive team of experts and seasoned sales professionals who will share their most successful formulas and execution strategies.
