About the Role
As an Open Enrollment Specialist, you will work directly with self-employed individuals, small business owners, and individuals across the Americas. Your primary mission is to help clients access a suite of affordable benefits and business services, serving as a trusted advisor during a time of economic change. As demand for viable alternatives to current benefit programs grows, your guidance will impact and protect families for generations.
You will advise clients on a portfolio of solutions that best fits their individual needs and budget, delivering service that is fast, fair, and caring.
