About the Role
As an Open Enrollment Specialist, you will work directly with clients to help them access a suite of affordable benefits and business services. You will advise clients on a portfolio of solutions that best fits their individual needs and budget, presenting these options in one seamless package. As economic conditions drive demand for viable alternatives to current benefit programs, your role is critical in protecting families for generations.
You will be armed with state-of-the-art training platforms and the tools necessary to serve clients effectively. Our most accomplished sales professionals will teach you successful formulas and execution strategies in the classroom, online, and in the field. We provide service that is fast, fair, and caring, ensuring that you can see the real difference you make in the lives of our customers.
