About the Role
Our Entry Level Account Representatives play a vital role in helping Americas' self-employed individuals, small business owners, and families access a suite of affordable benefits and business services. As economic conditions shift, the demand for our products has never been higher. You will work directly with clients to advise them on a portfolio of solutions that fit their individual needs and budgets, providing a seamless package of fast, fair, and caring service.
This role is designed for those who are accountable, coachable, and passionate about helping others. You will be armed with the tools and knowledge to best serve clients, with the potential to impact and protect families for generations. Success in this position is built on a foundation of high personal integrity, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
