About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Oncology RN to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. In this role, you will administer chemotherapy and related therapies, manage symptoms and side effects, and provide education and emotional support to patients and families. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
You will be a vital part of the treatment continuum, managing everything from central line care and oncologic emergency recognition to pain management and infection control. Your work will directly impact patient well-being through comprehensive nursing care, accurate documentation in the EMR, and active participation in quality improvement initiatives.
