About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Oncology RN to deliver compassionate, evidence-based cancer care. In this role, you will administer chemotherapy and related therapies, monitor complex treatment responses, and educate patients and families throughout the cancer journey. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate personalized care plans while maintaining strict safety and infection-control standards.
As an Oncology RN, you will provide direct nursing care to adult patients undergoing cancer treatment. Your day will involve administering biotherapy and supportive medications per protocol, managing central lines, and performing rigorous assessments to track patient status and side effects. Beyond clinical duties, you will advocate for patient needs and comfort, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and support patients and families with palliative and end-of-life care strategies.
