We are looking for a hands-on leader to supervise operations and drive excellence at one of our customer locations. As an On-Site Manager, you will lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure operating efficiency and the highest level of customer service while operating a forklift.
In this role, you will foster a positive and productive work environment by mentoring and coaching employees. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality, manage shift maintenance activities, and ensure full compliance with CHEP procedures. You will also coordinate the inbound and outbound flow of product, ensuring all key processes regarding production, safety, and servicing are understood by the crew.
