About the Role

We are hiring On-Call Banquet Servers who have a passion to serve others. Our events at the hotel provide great exposure of our venue for receptions, meetings, trainings, and reunions. It is our place to shine so that word of mouth brings in additional business. To achieve this, we need the right team in place where everyone is a team player focused on quality, service delivery, and timeliness.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team ensuring exceptional guest service. You will greet guests, accommodate their needs, and answer questions regarding the menu. You will deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests and assist other servers during peak periods. You will learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services to RCGR standards, anticipating guest needs to ensure satisfaction with food and service. The role also involves the setup, execution, and clean-up for events, as well as performing side work to prepare for upcoming events.
