About the Role
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be an integral part of a collaborative care team, working closely with Occupational Therapists to implement therapist-directed treatment plans. Your day-to-day involves guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and activities of daily living (ADL) training, while accurately documenting their progress in EMR systems. You will also play a key role in educating patients and their families on home exercise programs and maintaining a safe, supportive rehab environment. This role is essential for monitoring patient responses and supporting the continuous improvement of our rehab programs.
