The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a Level III facility dedicated to providing the highest standard of care.
In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care for patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will render professional and technical occupational therapy to assigned patients, utilizing the Practice of Occupational Therapy Act/Rules process for evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning.
Your day will involve providing both direct and indirect patient care while communicating clearly to build a collaborative environment. You will be accountable for your performance, always looking for ways to improve the patient experience, and taking initiative for your professional growth to help build a winning team.
