Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.

Designed to significantly help people who have primarily experienced a brain injury, spinal cord injury, or stroke/CVA through accident or illness, our mission is to help patients regain functional capabilities. By providing care in the home, community, workplace, or school, we promote greater health through the recovery process, delivering industry-leading outcomes that dramatically improve functional skills and independence for patients.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist enthusiastic about providing functional rehabilitation wherever life happens. This role is distinct because it moves beyond the staged environment of a clinic into real-life experiences. You will treat your clients in their kitchens, navigate grocery stores and restaurants, engage in outdoor activities, and support them in the workplace.

You will thrive in an autonomous setting while valuing being part of a collaborative team of dynamic therapists. Your work will involve performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and regularly re-assessing their effectiveness. You will attend staffing meetings and family conferences, provide discharge evaluations with safety recommendations, and communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, and families. This position requires effective collaboration with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and enhanced patient outcomes.
