About the Role

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence—all from the comfort of their homes. By delivering personalized care that focuses on rehabilitation and functional improvement, you will empower individuals to overcome physical limitations, perform everyday activities with confidence, and enjoy a better quality of life.

You will partner with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to assess patients' daily living and work-related skills, developing therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives. Your day will involve administering diagnostic tests, providing therapeutic treatment to improve strength and coordination, and designing community reintegration activities. You will also serve as a resource to other healthcare personnel, coordinate discharge planning, and train staff and family members to carry out retraining programs for dressing, feeding, and hygiene.
