About the Role
This Occupational Therapist position focuses on providing outpatient level of care for nursing home-eligible older adults. The role involves completing assessments and interventions within the home based on participant needs. You will manage a caseload of 5-6 patients daily, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The patient population consists of individuals aged 50 and older. We are seeking compassionate clinicians with a genuine passion for elder care and a strong, patient-centered approach to communication.
