About the Role
Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide essential in-home therapy services designed to promote independence in daily activities for diverse patient populations. You will serve as a vital link between patients, their caregivers, and the broader medical community, delivering evidence-based interventions that foster functional recovery and safety.
Your day will involve assessing patients in their home environments, creating individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with nurses, physicians, and other clinicians to coordinate comprehensive, patient-centered care. Beyond clinical treatment, you will educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and home safety modifications.
