About the Role
In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs designed to help patients regain independence and improve their daily living skills. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic rehabilitation plans, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care. Your work will involve communicating progress with patients and their families, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation in our EMR systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives while engaging in mentoring and ongoing professional development.

Requirements
- verifiedCurrent Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in practicing state

- verifiedExperience with EMR systems preferred
